軟式內鏡使用后應當立即用濕紗布擦去外表面污物，并反復送氣與送水少10秒鐘；再用吸引通道反復吸清水或清洗液，直到流人吸引瓶的水干凈為止；取下內鏡，拆下各種附件，并裝好防水蓋，置合適的容器中送清洗室。清洗步驟、方法及要點包括：

　　After using a flexible endoscope, the external surface dirt should be immediately wiped off with a damp gauze, and air and water should be repeatedly supplied for at least 10 seconds; Use the suction channel to repeatedly suck in clean water or cleaning solution until the water flowing into the suction bottle is clean; Finally, remove the endoscope, remove various accessories, and install a waterproof cover. Place it in a suitable container and send it to the cleaning and disinfection room. The cleaning steps, methods, and key points include:

　　1、水洗

　　1. Water washing

　　(1)在流動水下徹底沖洗，用紗布反復擦洗鏡身，同時將操作部清洗干凈；

　　(1) Thoroughly rinse under flowing water, repeatedly scrub the mirror body with gauze, and clean the operating part thoroughly;

　　(2)取下活檢入口閥門、吸引器按鈕和送氣送水按鈕，用清潔毛刷徹底刷洗活檢孔道和導光軟管的吸引器管道，刷洗時必須兩頭見刷頭，并洗凈刷頭上的污物；

　　(2) Remove the biopsy inlet valve, suction button, and air and water supply button, and thoroughly brush the suction pipe of the biopsy hole and light guide hose with a cleaning brush. When brushing, both ends of the brush head must be visible, and the dirt on the brush head must be cleaned;

　　(3)安裝全管道灌流器、管道插塞、防水帽和吸引器，用吸引器反復抽吸活檢孔道；

　　(3) Install a full pipeline perfusion device, pipeline plug, waterproof cap, and suction device, and use the suction device to repeatedly aspirate the biopsy hole;

　　(4)全管道灌流器接50毫升注射器，吸清水注入送氣送水管道；

　　(4) Connect the full pipeline perfusion device to a 50ml syringe, suck clean water and inject it into the gas and water supply pipeline;

　　(5)用吸引器吸干活檢孔道的水分并擦干鏡身。

　　2、將取下的吸引器按鈕、送水送氣按鈕和活檢入口閥用清水沖洗干凈并擦干。

　　3、內鏡附件如活檢鉗、細胞刷、切開刀、導絲、碎石器、網籃、造影導管、異物鉗等使用后，先放入清水中，用小刷刷洗鉗瓣內面和關節處，清洗后擦干。

　　3. After using endoscopic attachments such as biopsy forceps, cell brushes, cutting knives, guide wires, lithotripters, mesh baskets, contrast catheters, foreign body forceps, etc., first place them in clean water, use a small brush to wash the inner surface of the forceps and joints, clean and dry.

　　4、清洗紗布應當采用一次性使用的方式，清洗刷應當一用一。

　　4. The cleaning gauze should be used in a disposable manner, and the cleaning brush should be disinfected once in use.

　　5、酶洗

　　5. Enzymatic washing

　　多酶洗液的配置和浸泡時間按照產品說明書。

　　The configuration and soaking time of the multi enzyme washing solution shall be in accordance with the product manual.

　　將擦干后的內鏡置于酶洗槽中，用注射器抽吸多酶洗液100毫升，沖洗送氣送水管道，用吸引器將含酶洗液吸入活檢孔道，操作部多酶洗液擦拭。

　　Place the dried endoscope in the enzyme washing tank, use a syringe to aspirate 100 milliliters of multi enzyme washing solution, flush the gas and water supply pipeline, use a suction device to aspirate the enzyme containing washing solution into the biopsy passage, and wipe the operating part with multi enzyme washing solution.

　　擦干后的附件、各類按鈕和閥門用多酶洗液浸泡，附件還需在超聲清洗器內清洗（5~10）分鐘。

　　After drying, soak the accessories, various buttons, and valves in multi enzyme detergent. The accessories also need to be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner for 5-10 minutes.

　　多酶洗液應當每清洗1條內鏡后更換。

　　The multi enzyme washing solution should be replaced after cleaning every endoscope.

　　6、二次水洗

　　6. Secondary water washing

　　多酶洗液浸泡后的內鏡，用水槍或者注射器徹底沖洗各管道，以去除管道內的多酶洗液及松脫的污物，同時沖洗內鏡的外表面。

　　After soaking the endoscope in a multi enzyme wash solution, thoroughly rinse each tube with a water gun or syringe to remove the multi enzyme wash solution and loose dirt inside the tube, while rinsing the outer surface of the endoscope.

　　用50毫升的注射器向各管道沖氣，排出管道內的水分，以免稀釋劑。

　　Use a 50 milliliter syringe to flush air into each pipeline and drain any water inside to avoid diluting the disinfectant.
