①密封性：內窺鏡的密封性關系到成像質量，如密封不好就容易滲水，破壞光學系統，影響觀察。通水閥鏡鞘與膀胱鏡的錐體配合處應密合，在1min內滲水應不超過5滴，否則配合不好容易漏水影響手術。

二清理先端頭

Two cleaning tips

．用抬鉗座夾住先端頭，蓋玻璃面朝上，將1mm直徑的鋼棒對著鉗子管出口位金屬接頭，用小錘敲擊，直到把金屬接頭連著部分鉗子管往下脫出，接著用小號一字批將殘余在鉗子管安裝孔里的AB膠清理干凈；

．用磨尖的小號批，在放大鏡下清理像束安裝孔壁的AB膠，（小心不能碰到物鏡，以免刮花物鏡）直到干凈后把物鏡倒出來，（有時需要用力敲擊先端頭才能倒出來）然后一手用鑷子夾住物鏡，一手用鑷子夾鏡頭紙，沾酒精把貼在物鏡上的光學膠拭擦掉，直鏡片干凈無塵。
