對穿刺器械使用棉簽清洗閥門內腔、彈簧、密封圈及穿刺錐的側孔,吹干后及時將閥門還原,以避免閥門內的小部件遺失.清洗抓持器械及剪刀時應打開旋轉軸輕輕刷洗.若軸節仍有頑固碎屑則采用超聲清洗器清洗.攝像頭、腹腔鏡視角用軟布擦干晾干,切忌用粗糙的布巾擦拭以免劃傷鏡頭,嚴禁使用超聲波清洗機對內鏡進行清洗.

(2)腹腔鏡設備的:針對不同的器械可分別采用高溫高壓法、低溫法等進行.攝像頭、電纜和電極不可使用液浸泡法或高溫高壓法,否則對器械會造成嚴重的損傷,只能采用氣體熏蒸法或等離子低溫法.
